What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you:

- Check the order status in Account Dashboard (should be "Shipped")
- Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct
- Use the tracking number you received from us (by email) to check with delivery company. In the case of a missed delivery please contact them first.

    US buyers beware. You will be hit with duty fees and or taxes extra to be paid to UPS before they will deliver your package. There was no mention of these COD charges upon checkout. A little misleading in my opinion.

    I ordered $80 worth of PETG tubing and had no COD (customs fee). It is based on amount of purchase.

    Thank you for your comments.

    The customs charges are unfortunately not included in the shipping costs that you pay for when you place your order.

    For US customers the de-minimi value (no customs charges) is set at 800 USD.
    That means that any orders above this value will be charged additional by DHL/UPS customs and all below this threshold will be processed normally (without any further payment).
