Why can't I complete my order?

Please check that you have correctly entered the data for your selected method of payment - the billing information on your credit card/PayPal account needs to be the exactly the same as your billing information in your EK account.

    Greetings Mark,

    I cannot purchase with my credit card, nor via paypal, yet I frequently purchase things from overseas with no problem.

    Update (Post-discussion with Mark via e-mail) :

    PayPal is to blame, They claim EKWB is declining my transaction when it doesnt even get to them.

    I suggest anyone having an issue battle it out with PayPal first.

    Having same issue here, Paypal closes the pop-up window after confirmation nad no message is recieved... WTH? I've never had this kind of a issue before. How to resolve this?
