What should I do if my package hasn't been delivered yet?

If your package has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest you:

  • Check the Order Status on Account Dashboard - it should say "Shipped"
  • Check if the indicated delivery address is correct
  • Use the Tracking Number you received from us via email and track the package with the courier service.
