I've been informed, that my order is going through a payment review, what now?

To ensure the protection of our customers, we can take a decision to review your payment.

If this happens, we could refund a random amount of money back to your Credit card. The refunded amount will be visible on your credit card in approx. 3 business days.

Once you notify us how much we refunded, we will immediately send your order to processing. After we complete this process, no further checks of your account will be required.

Please note: delivery date for orders under review could be postponed for approx. 3 business days.

    Once you see the refunded amount, please open a Shipping & Orders support request on our website: https://www.ekwb.com/create-a-support-ticket/ and notify us how much was refunded to your Credit card. 

    If you correctly informed us about the refunded amount, we will then immediately send your order to processing.
